Use the administration console to manage business users, roles, domains, and mailboxes. Keep company access separate from personal account use.
Work beyond the inbox
Use Mail with calendar, tasks, notes, and contacts, plus shared business Drive storage. Explore other suite apps and confirm their access and plan requirements.
Access and workflow fit
New workspaces start with one free mailbox with 5 GB email storage and 10 GB shared Drive storage. An optional 14-day Business trial supports up to 10 mailboxes with 50 GB email storage each and 50 GB shared Drive storage. The trial does not automatically charge at its end. Existing workspace allowances may differ; review the admin console before upgrading.
Aiinak’s AI employee plans are separate from simply opening an app. Review the AI employee plans or bring your workflow to a demo to confirm scope.
Plan your business email setup
Before changing MX records, plan your existing email migration and test the new mailboxes. Changing email DNS does not move old messages, contacts, or calendars automatically.

Can I use an email address at my company domain?
Yes. Bring a domain you own, verify it in your workspace, and configure its email DNS records before using company mailboxes. Domain registration is separate.
Does Aiinak register domains or host my website?
This offer covers business email hosting on your existing domain and workspace administration. It does not include domain registration or website hosting. Keep your registrar and website setup unless you arrange a separate change.
Can I consider Aiinak as a Google Workspace alternative?
Compare the business workflows you need: custom-domain email, team administration, shared files, calendars, and document tools. Check mailbox allowances, app access, migration needs, and paid features for your team before switching.
Is connecting Gmail or Outlook the same as hosting email here?
No. Connecting an existing Gmail or Outlook account brings that inbox into Mail. Hosting your domain’s email uses Aiinak mailboxes and requires domain verification and email DNS setup.
Can I use my existing personal Aiinak account?
Yes. Sign in and create a business workspace. Workspace setup and team mailboxes are separate from your personal inbox and personal storage plan.
Are AI employees included in workspace signup?
AI employee plans, Twin plans, and paid app or storage upgrades are separate. Creating a business workspace does not purchase an AI employee subscription.
