Aiinak for business
Business email hosting for the company you are building.
Give your team company email addresses and a shared business workspace. Aiinak hosts mailboxes on a domain you own, with administration for users, domains and access.
Already have a personal account? Sign in and create your company workspace.
What business email hosting includes
Your domain is the address your customers recognise. Email hosting is the service that receives and stores messages for addresses at that domain. In Aiinak, create a business workspace, verify ownership, configure the supplied email DNS records and create team mailboxes.
A personal Aiinak inbox and a hosted company mailbox are different account contexts. An existing personal user can sign in and create a business workspace; the company then manages its domain and team access separately.
Start with one mailbox, then evaluate your team
New workspaces start with one free mailbox, 5 GB email storage and 10 GB shared Drive storage. The optional 14-day Business trial supports up to 10 mailboxes with 50 GB email storage each and 50 GB shared Drive storage. Check the admin console for current eligibility and allowances.
The trial does not automatically charge at its end. Personal Drive’s 50 GB free offer is separate from business shared storage. AI employees, Twin and other paid app allowances have their own plans.
Keep your website and domain registrar
Bring a domain you already own. You can keep your registrar, DNS provider and website host. Change only the records required for the email setup after reviewing the existing configuration.
This offering covers company email hosting and workspace administration. It does not include buying a domain or hosting your website. Connecting Gmail or Outlook into Mail is also different from moving your domain’s mailboxes to Aiinak.
Make the first mailbox a pilot
Before changing MX records, list existing addresses, aliases, forwarding, website forms and systems that send mail. Create a test mailbox, review authentication records and confirm inbound and outbound delivery.
Changing MX records does not import old messages, contacts or calendars. Agree the transfer method, rollback plan and acceptance checks with your administrator before switching the company.
